Renting a place
For a specific home, use the enquiry form on its listing. It reaches the owner directly, and the owner answers you.
Whether you write to an owner or to us, a Sedona question gets a better answer when it includes:
- Exact dates. Weeks from March to May or in October compete with the year's busiest nightly bookings; July, August, January and February are easier to discuss.
- The area. Uptown, West Sedona or the Village of Oak Creek, which is outside the city limits and depends on SR 179 to reach the West Sedona supermarkets.
- For a long stay, the bills. Electricity, gas or propane, water and the city's wastewater charge are billed separately, so ask which are included.
Listing a property
See list your property. Send the neighbourhood, the price and whether it is per night, per week or per month, the minimum stay, whether it is furnished, and a few photos. Tell us which months are open: a house kept for nightly guests in spring and autumn may still suit a monthly tenant over the monsoon or the winter. For stays under thirty nights, include your city short-term rental permit number, which state law lets the city require on every advertisement (A.R.S. 9-500.39, read October 2026). Listing is free and we take no commission.
Corrections
If something on the site is wrong or out of date, from a listing's price to a road closure or a rule described in one of the guides, tell us and we will fix it. Several figures in our guides come from a draft city report and a pending electricity rate case, so they will move.
